RETURNS FOR REFUND:

DO NOT SHIP RETURN ORDERS TO ANY OF OUR INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTERS. PLEASE CONTACT OUR UNITED STATES CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM PRIOR TO SHIPPING A RETURN AS THEY CAN PROVIDE A SHIPPING LABEL, ADDRESS, TRACKING, AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE RETURN PROCESS.

Customer Satisfaction:

If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of sale for a hassle-free refund of the amount paid for the product. Returns for customer satisfaction should be in new, resealable condition, and in the original packaging. Re-stocking fees will be assessed for any components that have to be replaced in order to resell the product. Shipping charges are not refunded. Some of our products ship from our various international distribution centers, including Europe and Asia.

Defective on Arrival Products:

On exchange of defective products, Radio-Upgrade will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. We only specify that the product not be damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed an appropriate re-stocking charge.

All Returns: To submit a return, please CONTACT US and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). We request that you follow the shipping instructions carefully in order to quickly process your return. Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods to the manufacturer for a refund.

WARRANTY RETURNS:

All our products have a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, from the date of the purchase. If you need to return a product for a warranty claim, it is the customer's responsibility to ship the unit back to our China facility for inspection. Radio-Upgrade will pay shipping costs to deliver the repaired or replaced product directly to the customer, but it is the customer's responsibility to send the original product in for warranty service or replacement.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or email us immediately at sales@radio-upgrade.com. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Radio-Upgrade. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order. Radio-Upgrade will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Please contact us to set up an RMA and initiate the return process. Returns (excluding warranty issues) are subject to a restocking and processing fee, up to 20% to cover any missing accessories or damaged parts. If you return all parts in good condition, we do not charge a restocking fee.
